Parish Life
Pastoral care, fellowship, and parish events that raise both the level of fun and funds, is essential to building relationships and a healthy and vibrant community.
Shepherding
Our Shepherds ensure the care of parish members (lambs) through prayer, expressions of appreciation and concern, and visits.
Fellowship
We offer opportunities for fellowship throughout the year including our first Sunday brunches, the annual church picnic, trips to ball games, and more. Join us also for coffee and conversation following our 9:30 service!
The St. Dunstan’s Men’s Bible Study group meets and discusses the books of the Bible focusing on several chapters at a time. They discuss and share their understandings of what the Holy Spirit is saying to them in their daily lives, and how Christianity began and evolved. They discuss their daily lives and increase their understanding of themselves and each other. They occasionally enjoy pizza dinners and invite Bible scholars to their sessions.
Fundraising
Additional support for ministry and mission is gained from several fundraising activities throughout the year.
Lay Pastoral Ministry
Bernadette Blong is available to provide pastoral support anyone in need. She schedules Baptisms, weddings, or funerals. She can be reached at 856-981-5898.
St. Dunstan/St. Peter Joint Ministries
The Joint Ministry Committee meets quarterly to share ways in which we can support each other in serving God' people. We also join together for fellowship events like the Picnic at the Swim and Sports Club of Flanders or the tour of the Canal House at Lake Hopatcong Historical Museum.
